We ship to Canada, US and worldwide. Shipping within Canada, US – CAD$19.95 flat fee. 1-5 business days delivery. Shipping to other countries (worldwide) – CAD$49.95 flat fee, 6 – 10 business days delivery. Your order is shipped within 2 business days from Ontario, Canada. Canadian, US customers generally receive orders within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping province / state. We use Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) or UPS for our shipments. Please note: additional shipping charge may be required for oversees shipments (if the weight of the package is over 2 kg).
ISSUE: The goods travel at the risk of the recipient which only has an action against the carrier in case of damage during transport. We only make orders as far as we can. Any claim must be made within seven days following the date of delivery.

Exchanges or Returns
You have a purchase guarantee satisfied. This warranty includes changing erroneous item by size or model change, or refund/exchange the item(s). In this case, you must notify us at email@example.com and return the item(s) within 7 days (extended until January 5th, 2017 for Christmas gifts) from delivery date. The item(s) must be mailed to the address below, including a copy of the order, with instructions. The item must be in a perfect condition with original tags attached, without having used. If the item(s) returned after 7 days from delivery or not in ‘original’ condition, the item(s) will not be accepted and will be mailed back to the customer. If the item is defective or there was an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/item), you must notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. In this case, you will be offered refund/exchange. Please note, that refunds can be issued only in case of an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/ item was shipped to you). In all other cases returns are eligible for exchanges (customer credits). Exchange Process: At customer request via email (email@example.com), upon receiving/verifying the returned item. Upon receiving payment for any outstanding balance, as a result of the exchange. Customer pays a flat shipping fee on all exchanges. Please note, that an actual product may be slightly different to a photo representing it (colour tones, prints, style).
