How Can I Buy a Product?
Find the product. Navigate to Main Menu and click on Women, Men, Kids, Accessories tab and start browsing
Click on the product you like to access the product page
On the Product page, select Size (drop down options under the size)
Click “Add to Cart”
You can either Check Out right away or continue shopping
Checking your Cart: click on “My Cart” Tab in the Menu options (you can also see your cart on the top right corner and click on it)
As you open your Cart, verify the content of it. You can add or remove products.
Next step is Checkout – click on ‘Proceed to CheckOut’
On the Checkout page complete all required fields. Ensure shipping information and email are correct. If you have a valid coupon, enter it in the Cart or Checkout Page and click “Apply Coupon”.
Select a method of payment “Credit or Debit Card” or “PayPal”. Both payment options are Secured.
For credit / debit card payment, fill in the required fields, then Click “Place Order”.
For “PayPal” payment, click “Pace Order” and you will be transferred to secure PayPal website to complete your payment. You can use either paypal account or if you don’t have one, simply select “I Don’t Have PayPal Account” and follow the steps to make a payment with a credit card, until payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is received.
You are Done! You can check the status of your order in “My Account” tab (if you registered an account).

What Currency The Prices Are In?
By default, all prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD$), yet you can switch to other currency using Currency Converter via FILTERS options (located on the left hand side).
Do I have to Pay Taxes?
Canadian Buyers Pay Taxes accordingly to the province of shipment. There are no taxes for international (out of Canada) shipments.
Do I have to Pay Extra Custom Duty Fees?
For all orders shipped within Canada (to Canadian shipping address), NO extra fees required upon delivery. For international shipments, custom fees may be required upon delivery, accordingly to the jurisdiction of a country of shipment.

What if I Can Not Find the Size or Style I am Looking for?
Please contact us. We will try to get you the style/size of the brand we sell, if possible (subject to availability).
How the Products are Shipped?
Usually we ship within 2 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS (all Canadian and oversees shipments) and via UPS.com (shipments to United States). Due to Canada Post strike, UPS shipping option is available for Canadian shipments to ensure in-time delivery (1-5 business days) within Canada. All products are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
What Are Shipping Fees?
Flat Shipping Fee to Canada (CAD$19.95), USA (CAD$19.95). Current Promotion: FREE SHIPPING within Canada and United States (min. order of $200 before tax). Alternative options are also available at checkout. Flat Shipping Fee to all other countries is CAD$49.95.
Where Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to Canada, US and Worldwide. If you don’t see your country on the drop down list on the check out, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you.
How Can I Pay?
You have 2 options to make a payment (both options are SECURED). 1) Credit /Debit Card and 2) via PayPal ( with a credit card or PayPal account). Fun Fashion has no access to customer’s payment information. All payments are secured.
How Do I Use the Coupon?
On the Cart or Checkout page, in Coupon field type in the coupon code (all characters without spaces), then click ‘Apply Coupon’. In Cart page, coupon field is located in the bottom left (under the content of your cart). In Checkout page, coupon field is located on top left (before the content of your cart).
Note, that you can not apply multiple coupons for the same order. Any eligible coupons may be applied only at the time of making a purchase, and no coupons can not be applied retroactively.
How Can I get Help on Sizing, Fitting and Styles?
You can follow our Size Guides at the product level, as well as you can contact our Fashion Consulting Services to get a recommendation on sizing, fitting and styles.

Can I Purchase a Gift Card?
Yes. You can purchase the gift card/certificates. Gift Certificate can be used for any items in the store. As you purchase it, you will receive an email with a downloadable gift certificate (.pdf file) that you can print out or email as a gift to the recipient of your choice. The gift certificate contains the unique coupon code. To redeem gift certificate, the coupon code must be entered at the time of purchase (at Checkout or Cart page). Expiry date is set to 1 yr.

What’s Custom Order? How Does it Work?
If you can’t find a specific style/size in our online store, you can inquiry it by contacting us. We’ll try to find what you are looking for and process a custom order for you. How does custom order work?
1. Let Us Know what you are looking for (model, colour, size)
2. We’ll get back to you to confirm either it’s possible to get it or not
3. We’ll send you a PayPal invoice (as full prepayment is required for all custom orders)
4. You’ll pay the invoice via PayPal (any credit card is accepted).
5. We process custom order and deliver it to you. Please allow about 2 weeks for processing .
If order is not successful (or partially successful), we’ll refund you the pre-payment.
Please note, custom orders are eligible for exchanges only, and no custom order can be exchanged for another custom order.
