Shipping within CANADA: Orders under $200 (before tax) – flat fee of $19.95 (Canada Post Expedited). Orders over $200 – Free Shipping (Canada Post Expedited). Alternative Express Shipping Options are available at Checkout.
Shipping to United States: Orders under $200 – flat fee of CAD$19.95. Orders over $200 – Free Shipping. We use UPS for US shipments, unless it is PO BOX delivery. Alternative Express Shipping option available at Checkout.
Shipping to other countries (worldwide) – CAD$49.95 flat fee.
Your order is shipped within 2 business days from Ontario, Canada. Canadian, US customers generally receive orders within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping province / state. Please note: additional shipping charge may be required for oversees shipments (if the weight of the package is over 2 kg).
ISSUE: The goods travel at the risk of the recipient which only has an action against the carrier in case of damage during transport. We only make orders as far as we can. Any claim must be made within seven days following the date of delivery.
Please note: we do not charge taxes for out of country shipments, yet the international shipments are subject to custom duties / taxes, based on the government / state legislation of the country of entry.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP: The goods shall remain the property of the seller until full payment of the agreed price, even in the event of liquidation of the property according to legal regulation and devolution.

Exchanges or Returns
You have a purchase guarantee satisfied. This warranty includes changing erroneous item by size or model change, or refund/exchange the item(s). In this case, you must notify us at email@example.com and return the item(s) within 10 days from the delivery date (extended until December 31st for Christmas gifts). The item(s) must be mailed to the address below, including a copy of the order, with the instructions. The item must be in a perfect condition, in original packaging, with all original tags attached, without having been used / worn. Otherwise, the restocking fee will be applied or the item(s) will not be accepted.
If the item is defective or there was an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/item), you must notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. In this case, you will be offered refund/exchange. Please note, that refunds can be issued only in case of an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/ item was shipped to you). In all other cases returns are eligible for exchanges (customer credits). Exchange Process: At customer request via email (email@example.com), upon receiving/verifying the returned item. Upon receiving a payment for any outstanding balance, as a result of the exchange. We offer Free Shipping on the exchanges (domestic – Canadian shipments only).
