Shipping

We ship to Canada, United States and worldwide.

Shipping Policies

Within Canada:

  • Orders under $300 (before tax) are shipped via Canada Post Expedited for a flat fee of $19.95 – $24.95, depending on the province.
  • Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
  • All duties are included in the purchase price for Canadian shipments.
  • Taxes are applied based on the province of shipment at checkout, in accordance with provincial sales tax rates.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping to the United States:

We offer three shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • 1. Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $300 USD
    • Enjoy Free Standard shipping.
    • All duties, import, and customs charges are included in the shipping fee, so no additional fees are payable upon delivery.
  • 2. Standard Shipping — Orders under $300 USD
    • Flat rate of CAD$29.95.
    • Duties, import, and customs charges are prepaid and included, ensuring smooth delivery with no unexpected fees at arrival.
  • 3. Expedited Shipping — Available at checkout
    • For faster delivery, choose our expedited option during checkout.
    • Rates vary depending on location and service level.
    • All duties and import charges are prepaid, so your order arrives without extra charges.

Please note:

  • All U.S. shipments are sent via USPS.
  • All shipping options pre-pay all border crossing fees, customs brokerage, and handling expenses, so your order arrives smoothly and without additional charges.

International (Worldwide):

  • Standard shipping at a flat rate of CAD$75.95+, depending on the destination country.
  • Expedited shipping options (5-10 days) are available at checkout for select destinations.
  • Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for packages over 2 kg or remote locations.

Additional Information:

  • Duties & Import Charges:
    • For Canadian shipments: Duties are included in the purchase price.
    • For U.S. shipments:
      • All U.S. shipping options pre-pay all border crossing fees, duties, and customs charges upfront, ensuring smooth delivery without extra charges upon receipt.
    • For all other international shipments:
      • We do not charge or collect duties, taxes, or customs fees at checkout.
      • These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
  • Shipping Timeframes:
    • Canada: Orders are shipped within 2 business days from Ontario, and delivery typically takes 2–6 business days.
    • United States: Orders are shipped within 2 business days and generally estimated to arrive in 5–8 business days, subject to shipping option selected.
    • International (excluding U.S.): Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping option (standard vs. expedited). Estimated delivery typically can range from 7 + business days. The exact timeframe depends on the destination, customs processing and shipping option selected at checkout.
    • Additional charges may apply for oversize shipments or packages over 2 kg

Please note: we do NOT charge Taxes for out of country shipments,  yet the international shipments are subject to custom duties / taxes, based on the government / state legislation of the country of entry.

Tracking

All orders are trackable. Customers receive an email from the courier (canadapost.ca or ups.com) with the tracking details, as soon as the order is shipped. All orders can be tracked on canadapost.ca or usps.com or ups.com

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP: The goods shall remain the property of the seller until full payment of the agreed price, even in the event of liquidation of the property according to legal regulation and devolution.

Payments

All payments are secured. You can make a payment with a credit card (VISA or Master Card) on our website or via Paypal. PayPal accepts credit cards as well as payment from PayPal account. Please ensure the shipping address is “confirmed” on the payment. Any questions? Let us know.

Exchanges or Returns

You have a purchase guarantee satisfied. This warranty includes changing erroneous item by size or model change, or refund/exchange the erroneous item(s), or a store credit. In this case, you must notify us at info@funfashion.ca and return the item(s) within 10 days (extended until December 31st for Christmas gifts) from the delivery date. The item(s) must be mailed to the address below, including a copy of the order, with the instructions. The item must be in a perfect (original brand new) condition, in original packaging, with all original tags attached, without having been used / worn. Otherwise, the restocking fee will be applied or the item(s) will not be accepted. Please note: samples and products at 40% or more discount are final sale, and not returnable.

If the item is defective or there was an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/item received), you must notify us by email info@funfashion.ca immediately. In this case, you will be offered refund/exchange/correction. Please note, that refunds can be issued only in case of an error on our end (e.g. wrong size/ item was shipped to you). In all other cases returns are eligible for exchanges (or customer store credits).

Exchange Process: At customer request via email (info@funfashion.ca), upon receiving/verifying the returned item. Upon receiving a payment  for any outstanding balance, as a result of the exchange. We offer Free Shipping on the exchanges: domestic (Canadian) and United States shipments only. In case of a refund, the shipping fee is withheld.

Please note, that an actual product may be slightly different to a photo representing it (colour tones, prints, style). TERMS: Only given as an indication, and may in no case be past, be subject to damages and interest or refusal.
